At Think Modelling, we are committed to delivering your orders securely, efficiently, and transparently. This Shipping Policy outlines all relevant information regarding order processing, shipping timelines, tracking, delivery responsibilities, and international logistics.

 

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Once your order is placed, it enters our system for inventory confirmation, quality control, and secure packaging.

  • Standard processing time:
    2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak seasons, holiday periods, or large promotional campaigns, processing may take slightly longer due to high demand.

After processing, your order will be handed over to our logistics partners for shipping. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email as soon as it becomes available.

Note: Orders with incomplete payment, incorrect billing or shipping addresses, or pending verification may be delayed or held until resolved.

 

Shipping Origin

All orders are dispatched from our main fulfillment center located at:

Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to the following regions:

  • South Asia (excluding India)

  • Western Asia

  • Africa

  • Countries or regions under Singapore Designated Restrictions (individuals or entities)

 

Risk-Free Shipping Guarantee

If your package does not arrive within 60 days of the shipment date:

  1. You may request a full refund for the undelivered item(s).

  2. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate the claim.

  3. We will open an investigation, typically resolved within 3–5 business days.

  4. If the loss is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund based on your preference.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in USD and exclude any applicable import fees.

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.

  • Think Modelling is not liable for customs-related delays or additional charges.

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping details.

  • We cannot guarantee address changes once the order is submitted due to automated fulfillment.

  • Think Modelling is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect address information.

  • If the shipment is:

    • Refused by the recipient, or

    • Returned to sender after failed delivery attempts,
      we reserve the right to forfeit the shipment without a refund.
