At Think Modelling, we strive to provide a clear, trustworthy, and hassle-free shopping experience. This policy explains our procedures for payments, returns, refunds, and order cancellations to help you make informed purchasing decisions.
🔐 1. Payment Methods
We accept secure payments via the following methods:
Credit/Debit Cards: VISA, MasterCard
PayPal: Fast and secure checkout for both domestic and international orders
All transactions are processed in an encrypted, PCI DSS-compliant environment. Your personal and payment information is never stored or shared without consent.
🔄 2. Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received an incorrect item
Your item arrived damaged due to a shipping or fulfillment error on our part
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
All original packaging and tags must be intact
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Return Authorization is required. Please email our team at [email protected] before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our mistake.
💸 3. Refund Policy
Our refund window is 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
If more than 3 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund or exchange.
Refund process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Contact your credit card provider (some posting times may vary)
Contact your bank (processing can take up to 5 business days)

❌ 4. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Please note:
A 1.5% processing and transaction fee will be deducted from your refund
A full refund will only apply if the order is replaced with a new one
If a replacement order is submitted, the original order will be automatically canceled and refunded in full
